Watercolor Fall Leaves

This is the first time I was able to play with the watercolor paper. I think it worked great with the fall colors and leaves.

1.) Cut the cardstock:

Whisper White for the card base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 - score at 4 1/4

Champagne Foil - 3 x 3

Watercolor Paper - 2 3/4 x 2 3/4

Daffodil Delight Cardstock - 1 1/4 x 3 3/4 - Use the Banner Triple Punch to make the ends of the banner. Then Stamp it with the sentiment of your choice. I used Thank you from the Daisy Delight stamp set with Pear Pizzazz ink.

Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies:

One solid leaf of each color - daffodil delight, pear pizzazz, and pumpkin pie.

Three of the detailed leaves - all in Champagne Foil

2.) Use the Aqua Painter to get some ink and paint some color on the watercolor paper. Use all three colors - daffodil delight, pear pizzazz, and pumpkin pie. (Hint: Do not put your Aqua Painter directly on your ink pad. Close the pad and squeeze to get some of the ink from the pad to the lid. You can then get the ink from lid.)

3.) Use the Fine-tip glue pen to glue the detailed champagne foil leaves to the solid colored leaves.

4.) Fast Fuse the watercolor paper to the champagne foil square.

5.) Fast Fuse the leaves to the watercolor paper slightly sticking off the edges of the champagne foil.

6.) Put dimensionals on the back of the foil square and the daffodil delight banner. Put those both on the card.
