Just Breathe Fall In

September 4, 2017

I love fall colors!! This is a great card for everyone to make this time of year. You do not need to have too many products to make this card. You do not need the Big Shot to make this card, which, I know is a big expense for someone who is just starting out. This card allows you to get your toes wet and find out how much you enjoy stamping.

1.) Cut all cardstock to size:

- Old Olive - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2

- Pumpkin Pie - 3 3/4 x 5 1/4

- Pumpkin Pie - 1 1/8 x 4 (Punch one end using the Banner Triple Punch)

- Daffodil Delight - 3 3/4 x 5 1/4

2.) Stamp the Daffodil Delight Cardstock using the pumpkin pie ink and the stamp of the whole leaf. I stamped the leaf five times going in different directions on the cardstock. Then, with real red ink use the leaf detail and stamp directly over the leaves that you stamped in pumpkin pie. These stamps are clear and easy to line up.

3.) Stamp the sentiment on the Banner that you punched. I used Just Breath (also from the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set).

4.) Use Fast Fuse to adhere the Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight layers to the card base. I tilted each layer slightly, but made sure it stayed completely on the cardstock. This will give a fun look, while still ensuring that it fits into an A2 envelope.

5.) Cut the burlap ribbon. I lined up the ribbon to my banner and cut the edge of the ribbon to match the angle of the banner.

6.) Use Fast Fuse to adhere the burlap ribbon to the card.

7.) Put some adhesive on the bottom of the leaves from the Touches of Nature Elements and stick them where you would like. Make sure that they will stick out of the banner once that is put on.

8.) Use dimensionals to adhere the banner on to of the ribbon.
