I really like this technique and it is much easier than it looks.
1.) Cut all cardstock:
Whisper White: 1 1/2 x 1 1/2, 2 1/2 x 2 1/2, 3 1/2 x 3 1/2
Elegant Eggplant: 1 3/4 x 1 3/4, 2 3/4 x 2 3/4, 3 3/4 x 3 3/4
Melon Mambo: Run the Detailed Dragonfly Die Cut through the Big Shot (Hint: Run it through two or three times. This will allow the detailed pieces to come out much easier than they would if you only ran it through once.)
2.) Stack the Whisper White pieces centered directly on top of each other. Largest on bottom to smallest on top.
3.) Ink up the Happy Birthday stamp with black ink, and stamp down centered on top of the three pieces. Make sure you get some of the stamp on all three layers. You can see how the very tail of the Y in Birthday lands on the largest piece.
4.) Adhere the Whisper White stamped pieces to the Elegant Eggplant cardstock creating three layers. I used Fast Fuse.
5.) Adhere the layers together using Dimensionals.
6.) Fast Fuse the whole Happy Birthday piece, that you just created, to the Bermuda Bay card base.
7.) Using the Fine-tip Glue Pen, adhere the dragonfly body to the card and slightly bend the dragonfly wings up for dimension.
8.) Place three rhinestones around the dragonfly.
