Stampin' Blends! Coming November 1st

October 22, 2017

I am so excited to announce that Stampin' Blends are coming to customers on November 1st!  I was able to color the hat and dress in the card above with Stampin' Blend Markers. They are alcohol markers that blend together beautifully.

1.) Cut all cardstock:

          Bermuda Bay - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 score at 4 1/4

Dapper Denim - Scalloped circle from the Layering Circle Framelits - Run through Big Shot

Dapper Demin - Everyday Label Punch - cut in half

Whisper White - Everyday Label Punch

Whisper White - Large circle from Layer Circle Framelits - Run through Big Shot

2.) Stamp the dancing woman from the Beautiful You stamp set onto the large Whisper White Circle. (Hint: Use Memento Black ink to avoid the ink from the stamp bleeding with the markers. This could ruin your card and the markers.)

3.) Stamp the sentiment on the Whisper White Everyday Label punch.

4.) Color the dancing women with Stampin' Blend colors of your choice. I blended with Dark Bermuda Bay, Light Bermuda Bay, Dark Pool Party, Light Pool Party, and the Color Lifter. (Hint: Make sure to protect your stamping surface, because the makers will bleed through your paper. You will also want to make sure you are layering your card for the same reason.)

5.) Adhere all parts of the card together. Fast Fuse the whisper white circle to the scalloped circle. Fast Fuse the whisper white everyday label to the dapper denim everyday. You punched one dapper denim and cut it in half. This allows you to create a border around the whisper white label.

6.) Use Stampin' Dimensionals to pop up the circle and label.

7.) Wrap some Dapper Denim Bakers Twine around the card and tie in a knot.
